Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Delhi / Hyderabad or remote for Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai ( Depends upon the Location of the candidate)


Responsibilities


  • The purpose of this role is to generate new business, create new opportunities and increase revenue for the company.

    Maximize sales by increasing market penetration, visibility and by strengthening relationships amongst designated accounts.
  • Interact with TA Head/HR Head/CXO level for their manpower needs.
  • Responsible for P&L role
  • Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
  • Responsible for business development; includes planning and building short & long-term, Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams.
  • Identifying & generating new leads in the Domestic Market
  • Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients
  • Developing a prospective client database of qualified leads through referrals, market study & competitive analysis
  • Strong connections in the Market and Generate revenue by successfully initiating contact with potential customers, leveraging relationships, formulating and implementing his/her personal sales strategy.
  • Leverage his/her existing relations with clients to generate new business.
  • Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage
  • Focused and possess a sales mindset
  • Direct and work with the delivery & operation team towards successful execution of assignments.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an GM- Strategic Alliance and Business Development or a similar role of at least 8 years with an IT/Non-IT recruitment consulting firm or in the staffing industry in similar capacity.

    Overall, min experience of 14 years is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-starter with a can-do attitude, high energy, and consistently exceeding expectations.
